Founded in 1948, it offers pre-school, elementary, high school, undergraduate, and graduate programs. Founded by Dr. Jaime Hernandez in 1948, it has grown to become one of the leading institutions of higher learning in the country. The campus is centrally located in the City of Naga, Camarines Sur, Philippines. The University has one of the biggest student populations in the Bicol Region and offers courses from Kinder to Graduate levels. We welcome Ayala Education as a partner who can strengthen UNC’s leading role in making good education accessible to Bicolanos as envisioned by its founder, former Secretary of Finance, Dr. Jaime Hernandez Sr., and as nurtured by his children, Dr. Dolores H.
